Where is the MMr CGC menu?

This is where one sets flipper strength, colour of dots etc.

How do you get into this menu?
 
Found it;

Press and hold the service credit button for 4 seconds.

And there was me changing the screen colour using the backbox monitor adjustments.... Doh!
