Playing my DP PRO and on ninja multiball. So 1 ball drains, down to 2 balls, then god knows where the next ball went and I'm down to 1 ball but the mode is still running meaning it's recognising there are 2 balls still in play. There's only 1 ball that I'm shooting and when that drains ninja multiball ends but it doesn't start me on my 2nd ball meaning it's telling me a ball is still in play? The ball has vanished into thin air, any ideas? Man this is crazy.

That is what I had and I didn’t find it for months.
Looks like you need to replace the ball anyhow...

Seems you have a plastic washer - then a protector - then a gap - then the plastic.
Surely it should just be protector then plastic?

Yes that's what it was like when I got it. Only the washers were the metal ones which I replaced with Cols plastic ones. Think the little black plastic should go.
Take everything off and lay it out - then take a pic.

My Grandmother won a large'ish prize on spot the ball years ago, and she was almost blind
Always rember my mum used to let us fill it in every Saturday, how we dreamed of winning it. The ball was always way off in the crowd or sky'd over the goal mouth.
I replaced my middle clear plastic with one that does away with the need of the metal washers altogether.

Bear in mind the clear washer is just part of the middle clear protector so the main sling sits a little lower

It looks like the top slingshot post threaded bolt is unscrewed from the playfield
You're right, all tightened down now eliminating that big gap.
New Ninja balls ordered too, 1 is definitely pitted while the others just look sh#$y.
