Playing my DP PRO and on ninja multiball. So 1 ball drains, down to 2 balls, then god knows where the next ball went and I'm down to 1 ball but the mode is still running meaning it's recognising there are 2 balls still in play. There's only 1 ball that I'm shooting and when that drains ninja multiball ends but it doesn't start me on my 2nd ball meaning it's telling me a ball is still in play? The ball has vanished into thin air, any ideas? Man this is crazy.

Probably up behind a plastic, or maybe even under the slings or something, that can happen.

If you REALLY can't find it. Glass off and empty trough manually and count em up.

Looks like you have too much of a gap..........

Seems you have a plastic washer - then a protector - then a gap - then the plastic.

Surely it should just be protector then plastic?

Not sure if this one is sterns fault....

Needs a few screws/nuts tightening - see the two areas I’ve marked up - definitely not tightened down. I had to tighten a few bits on my Deadpool after a few hundred games.

Yes that's what it was like when I got it. Only the washers were the metal ones which I replaced with Cols plastic ones. Think the little black plastic should go.

Always rember my mum used to let us fill it in every Saturday, how we dreamed of winning it. The ball was always way off in the crowd or sky'd over the goal mouth.

I replaced my middle clear plastic with one that does away with the need of the metal washers altogether.
Hard to show in pics but here’s a couple that might give you the basic idea.

A top down pic can be seen on my showcase here.

Bear in mind the clear washer is just part of the middle clear protector so the main sling sits a little lower
