Where can I get a small plastic cut?

Hi guys,

I'm working on my Super Mario Bros, and have removed a character that was super-glued onto a small transparent plastic. It is roughly triangular shaped, and about 2.5" x 1", and only there to stop a ball getting wedged, so is not essential to the game.

Anyway, I removed the character, and using 2000 grit sandpaper I sanded off the residue, but it has left the plastic opaque rather than transparent.

As it is a simple piece, flat, clear, and small - I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a replacement piece cut? Is there a place that could do this, or does anyone have the right equipment who could do it for me?

Many thanks,

Mark

Go up anther grade too 2500
Then noves 2 using a soft buffer ( battery drill )
Then noves 1 with the finishing buffer!!
And if that not sorted it you could use the flame techniek !

Thanks Carl, good idea - just ordered some 2500 grit now.

Any idea what sort of attachment I would need for my battery drill for a soft buffer?

Cheers,

Mark

I used the buffers out of the treasure cove kit I bought from paul. I think 1 stop may have some kits lefted

Thanks guys, I've got some 2500 sandpaper to try and polish the bit I have, but it doesn't look any better really :(

Hi Johnnyo, that is a very kind offer - will send you a PM.

Cheers,

Mark
