Where can I get 5mm Playfield Glass?

Hi all.

The playfield glass on my TOM is really scratched and I want to replace it however I cannot find any supplier of 5mm glass ( this is the size of what is in it).. It seems most Glaziers only have 4 mm & 6mm. I tried a bit of 6 and it will not fit the channels. I live in Maidstone in Kent. I know Phil Palmer does glass but it is collect only.
My question is... If 5mm is unavailable will 4mm toughened be safe enough?
