Voltage help please. Frankenstein

any of you helpful guys and gals point me in the right direction.
About to install my new (2nd hand) large dmd into my Frankenstein but just want to double check what voltages I should have at the 4 pin power lead and where they should be.

Currently have the following
Blue wire - pin 1 - 25v from the large blue capacitor
Black wire - Pin 2 ground
Black & red wire - Pin 3 ground
Red wire - 5v

Just don't wanna destroy this display but putting 25v down the 5v feed.
Not sure if somebody has been messing with the wiring as has not worked since I brought it.

  • P3 pin 3: Ground
  • P3 pin 4: +24 volt

Not got any paperwork in front of me but pretty sure the red should be +5v and not -5v.

Just checked my Batman Forever which has the same large display. Red wire +5v
Blue wire +18v
Other 2 wires ground
I just looked in my manual and it shows the output voltage from the large cap as +18v blue wire.
