Voltage dropp in the mpu

Hello guys

I have a pinbot sys 11 and the mpu does not want to boot.
I have 5v and 13.6v on the power driver test points but when I hook up the mpu the 13.6v dropp 10.6v
Does this mpu need a proper 12v to boot?
Resistor 56 has 12ohms insted of 10ohms should i replace this resistor?

Try disconnecting the driver board from the MPU then power up and see if it is still happening.

If I disconect the powet driver board all the voltages ok on the driver board.
But when I connect up the mpu the voltage dropp to 10.6
I tried the mpu board on the bench and the voltage did not go under 12v but still not booting just the 5v led is on
