Vishay dale dmd schematic required

Hi All

I've been looking for the schematic for the apd-128g032 standard dmd display. It does have the schematics in the data east manuals, but there's no bill of materials for the components. The surface mount components have burned in places, and I can't see what the diodes are transistors used were. Can anyone help please?
