For sale is my very nice Flintstones.
Only listing this as Martin is due Thursday and I’ve recently moved this from my line up to make room for a new purchase and it seems a shame to tombstone it.
Has recently been shopped by me and its previous owner (maybe someone on here?) looks as though the playfield was stripped, wire looms cleaned and metal parts, as well as the inside of the cab painted.
I’ve owned this for a few years now and with my collection growing maybe someone else should get to enjoy.
Since owning this pin I have done much work to it. All the boards have come out and checked for any faults or damage. Whilst out new capacitors & rectifiers were replaced along with heat sinks buy @Happypin on here.
A power transformer was fitted witch comes on when the game is switched on, 12v to run all the mods along with madnats board dropping power to 5v and with a remote battery mod installed it’s all good for another 30 years.
Overall the game is in very good, condition cleaned and waxed regularly. Always kept in good condition and serviced.
A few months back I stripped the playfield cleaned and waxed everything along with thoroughly cleaning the ramps and flame polishing them then novis 3 2 1 to finish them off. Many new plastics and parts fitted fitted at the same time.
Every star post is lit up and many were replaced to colour match the game better.
All the rubbers have been replaced with Titan again colour coded to better suit the game.
Colour coded comets throughout the playfield including flashers & GI, regular LEDs in the back box.
Neon strip under apron
Building windows cut out and colour matched LEDs.
Red led eyes and green leds in broncos neck.
Pop bumper LEDs
Deno figure along with Fred and Barney
Art blades
Equal size speakers in the back box for better sound and looks, plus the panel was cut to equal sizes for speaker lights, and new sub.
Lcd colour DMD
Legs, lockdown bar, side rails, hinges, coin door, leg bolts all powder coated black with orange sparkle
Leg protectors
Leg bolt protectors
Probably some things that I have missed?
To summarise this is a very bright good looking machine that holds it own in a line up of modern machines. You’ll be hard pushed to find another as nice, it’s certainly the nicest one I’ve seen.
My only criticism is the wear on the front of the cab and the mylar on the playfield has cracks (see pictures) but this can’t be seen when the game is switched on. I do have another playfield witch can be negotiated in the deal.
Game plays faultlessly with no credit dots and no problems.
Any inspection welcome and a play. More photos on request.
Possible delivery if your not to far from me (but as I said I’m only listing because Martin is due Thursday) and if I don’t get near asking price I’ll happily keep it.
