I had 6 pins, big MK2 cab and a dj set plus people in one of my upstairs room. I renovated a house where the joists were rotten in the stonework and if I filled that room with plenty of weight it could have collapsed, you could see downstairs that the ceiling was sloping and had just been fixed around it.
If you don’t know what to check get someone that does like what was said above unless you don’t mind adding height to a downstairs room
