The venue may be different from last year. Please wait for any updates.
Oh dear! Apologies - I was going off Neil’s post in the European IFPA group a couple of weeks ago, but if this has changed since then I will of course update immediately.

Have changed event and post to reflect venue TBC - will update once final announcement is made

Booked premier inn for 2 nights should be another good event. The open is at the same hotel as last year?

Okay, big bump on this thread because tickets go on sale tomorrow at 7pm! Link to buy tickets is here: https://buytickets.at/ukopen/

Ticket prices, which give you entry into the Main, Classics, PBR and Ladies (if applicable) tournaments:

Early bird entry inc. t-shirt and three entries which can be used in any competition - £185

Early bird volunteer entry inc. t-shirt and three entries which can be used in any competition - £145. Requires you to commit to 3 x 1 hour scorekeeping sessions, gives you access to extra volunteer qualifying time.

Standard entry (after 25 August) - £225. Three entries for any competition, doesn’t include a T-shirt.

Junior entry (16 and under) - £60 inc. t-shirt and three entries for any competition.

There is a separate competition for juniors aged 14 or under which starts 3pm Saturday, free entry, first prize is a Nintendo Switch 2. You don’t need to buy an entry ticket to be able to play in this, but if you want to play in the other competitions you will need the £60 ticket mentioned above.

Main, Classics, PBR and Ladies are all five-game card tournaments in line with last year. Additional card entries are £6 each or 10 for £56.

Thanks,

Simon
