Twister ColorDMD

Got to hand it to them. Throwing the software open for fans to colourise was an excellent idea. It’s so good that the less sort after pins get the colour treatment. It’s amazing what jumps out if you see it in colour.

I’d still love for them to redo TAF with a different colour pallet as it’s never really looked great to me.

Well, we are installed and running. Its a massive improvement over the old nasty orange display but i was hoping to see alittle more purple and moody blue used in it.

Seems like and awful lots of yellow, orange and brown. I guess i'm just picky having been making my own dmd colour screens on my own projects.

Hi guys

first time poster

sorry to revive such an old thread - I have twister with a pin2dmd display but no colour file - never been able to find one

Does one like this still exist? - or have they all been wiped from existence?

Cheers fella's

Think this is specifically the colour dmd brand , I was looking for a Sega Star wars pin2dmd and it was started and abandoned.

Everything sega available in colordmd means bizarrely my friends space jam has a display worth a quarter of the machines value whilst addams family runs lovely on a sub £200 pin2dmd

A lot of the sega games are missing. Our friend in Australia may have an update

Twister is being done but hasn't been released just yet. It is being worked on by 2 guys overseas but I don't have an eta unfortunately.

If anyone wants an update or to know if a game is supported or is coming out let me know. Most games have a file in some shape or form, but a few aren't released or finished. Sega does have a lot of supported games now though.

Sega Star Wars Trilogy has been started and I and others are also working on this, but as there are a lot of other games on the list it is taking some time. There is a partial version available and also someone new who is considering finishing it off entirely but I haven't heard back just yet.

Thanks!
Andrew
