Possible sale on my Twilight Zone. Been in my collection for + 12 years, but hardly ever gets played anymore and possibly needs a new home. Full playfield strip down by me both sides to bare wood way back when and not had mega use since. Cab is non faded, but has some minor dings on the backbox, iirc, though i can't see them as its next to another game. Playfield is lovely, no broken plastics. New DMD a few years back. New updated power ball trough sensor board and power ball when first restored. Plays great

£3200 cash or trades with cash. Viewing by arrangement ok and a must. More detailed pics tomorrow

Welcome to come round and inspect one evening
Much appreciated.

I have a holiday in Feb, the first we've had with a baby, so I'm trying to be pragmatic and make sure that all goes smoothly at the moment. Car seats, plane seats, meals, sleep times, pushchairs in luggage holds - it's a minefield. So if the game is still available in March (doubtful i appreciate) i'll definitely try and get over assuming i'm left with any money after the holiday. The more pics the merrier still - i can always dream.

Detailed pics below. There is a small hairline crack near the rocket kick out that i put a small circle of mylar over when i first restored it. See pic . I also remembered that i added the pinbits door flasher board that was cost cut out of the original. That's about all i noticed that i had forgotten. Clock has one of my new designed boards in and is perfect as well as being super quiet.

Jim, is that the original clock decal ?
What colour is the Lock insert next to the right ramp ?

If it is green then you have one of the very first production run machines. Mine has the white clock face and green lock insert.

Its just a regular TZ playfield with orange insert lock. I installed a white clock face when installing my custom clock board.

I prefer the white clock face to the later coloured one. It matches the clock on the back glass too.

Most of the early production games are in the U.K. / Europe, as they shipped the first games off the line overseas.

Looks lovely that. I'm tempted but luckily I'm all maxed out and empty of cash and space.

Yes Dan, it is lovely and has been greatly enjoyed over the years, but how long can you keep games for that you just don't play any longer? +10 years seems like a good stint to me :). Needs a new home
