For TAFs meeting that description check ebay ....beware though they are normally listed as 'in excellent condition', 'works perfectly' , 'fully LED'ed' ....just to confuse you 
There is a guy in Brighton that has machines exactly in the condition you are looking for. Can't remember his ebay name, someone else should be able to chip in
Even a knackered beater is going to cost decent cash for what you'll get. Remember for TAF that new cosmetic parts (pf, plastics etc) are rare and very pricey if you can find them. MM is a bit easier to get bits for though.
