Tip102 vs bdx 53c

Can I put tip 102 transistor instead of bdx 53c
I just bought an sys 11 mpu and 19 pieces bdx 53c transistors missing from the board.

Looking at the spec online I would say yes. Virtually the same. For switching pinball stuff I would doubt there is a difference - pinout is the same as well.
