The worst backglass

As you can see from my other thread, I am trying to reproduce the artwork for my Flash pin.
I have to admit that I find the original artwork a bit naff to say the least!!
Is this the worst artwork design ever for a pinball machine?
 
I think you are spot on , it looks like some 5 year old kid had been let loose on it.
Not the best by far ( appoligies if I have upset anyone)
 
TBH almost all DMD machines using a licensed theme come with a very poor translites/backglasses. Congo is by far the worst offender.

I guess this comes from recycling other's art.

WHAT! They are class due to massive levels of cheesiness and don't take themselves, in any way, seriously.

I want blinky lights and tat over 'scottish politician' dourness.
 
Always had a soft spot for the Genesis back glass, so crap it's good.

Demolition Man and Last Action hero are truely dreadful. Rolling stones is really bad. For a band with so many cool 60s photos they then go for an image of them as a bunch of pensioners:confused:

I can't take any credit for knowing about this, I just spotted it on an otherwise excellent thread about hot chicks on back glasses over on Pinside (my contribution was obviously the babe on Paragon).

Its actually one of the few I dont mind(I have a Genesis at the Poi Shack).
By far the worst TRANSLITE is TX Sector

as for the original question of backglass,I must admit,that Flash is pretty bad,Jubilee is rather bland-Gottlieb one

It's a fun backglass in keeping with the theme of the game.

As others have said...

I love Genesis, great game, would like to own one at some point, but if I ever do, it's getting the alternative translite fitted :rofl:

But in contrast, reckon Robo Wars, Excalibur and Arena are pretty cool.
 
The Sopranos :-o ......christ on a stick I get suicidal feelings just looking at it. Absolutely depressing. I mean some of the other games mentioned are 'bad' but at least they can redeem themselves in their cheesiness/weirdness/whatever ....but this ....this.... just nothing redeeming. Its like the translite equivalent of being told you have terminal cancer. Good god imagine having this in yr lineup. Having to look at this everytime you walk in your gamesroom. Pinball should be fun/cool/escapism....not *this*

That is some filthy backglass, something like dan would design :). Hard to imagine what a playfield and toys would have been like, well I can and think it would have been rather crude :eek:
 
er.... thanks! i think.

if you think that's horrible, i'm very happy that you haven't seen the XXX version of that Big Dick backglass. i'm not even gonna describe it, except to say that there was a lot more pink and white.
