Played Munsters today for the 1st time co ChrisB (thx man) and after the negative comments I was pleasantly suprised.
I thought it was a ton of fun, loved the music, loved the added shaker and as it’s something I watched when I was a kid it brought back fond memories.
For me it would probs be a good one to get as a pro as 2nd custodian, maybe a year down the line when it’s more affordable and the code has been reworked a little.
 
We received our Munsters pro today (finally) and I’ve spent the evening setting up, dialling it in and giving it a bunch of plays. Lots of fun and it shoots very nicely indeed. Sure, it’s not super deep code wise, but I’m sure updates will only improve on an already great game. Of course it looks super pretty too, the light show has to be Sterns best, and the art is next level. Will report back on customers feedback soon!
 
You guys keep taking about code and Dwight at TPF said the code is mostly done in the game so I hope you aren’t all holding out for a lot different code ala batman or GOTG...

I guess time will tell Neil. Even if the code doesn’t evolve or change drastically it wouldn’t bother me to be honest. A few tweaks here and there would be nice

Tweaked:
- Tweaked Shaker motor effect during Super Jackpot award sequence. It's now
less intense and it's more fun.
- Added more intelligence to Mystery. It will start something when the player
has less going on.
- Made the skill shot timer not pause for inactive balls.
- Removed the feature adjustment - START GAME ON CREDIT. This functionality is
now handled by the system.
- Improved the volume and priority of the GRANDPA LABORATORY kick-out sounds
- Reduced how many areas are needed for the first set of areas in MUNSTER
MADNESS LEVEL I from 5 areas to 3. Better than average players that can
trap-up the balls and shoot the lower playfield will have less of what is
easy for them and be more challenging overall. After the 3 sets of areas the
player is forced to play the whole game and put the ball at risk more.
 
Seems nuts!

Hey, it's a code update. and here is me listening to the Aussie guy's podcast with Levi said there will be updates and me thinking yeah right sure we got it from the guy that knows all, that there is not going to be any code updates that he is tied at the hip with the coder and wholey fook there is one lol.

This code contains bug fixes and an important systems update.

- Removed right spinner from list of switches that need to be fixed.
- Fixed Munster Madness level II timer issues.

- Added lower playfield ball popper lamp effect when the ball is popping out
- Added Topper lamp effects
- Added Team Credits Easter egg: 1 2 3. To see it you Hold in Both flippers,
then you enter numbers with the left flipper and enter on with the right.
Finally, when you are done you have to enter one last time with the right
flipper. So 1 2 3 would be B LR LLR LLLR R
- Added Topper clock effect to Raven Multiball Jackpots

- Changed the Marilyn award to LIGHT MARILYN SUPER JACKPOT and START SUPER
POPS at 2 and then every 2 thereafter.

- Starting a game with zero credits will now only make a sound 3 times before
the game will wait an hour before it will make sounds again.

- Updated to nodeboard firmware v0.40.0
- Updated instructions for RESTORE SETTINGS.
- Reordered items in UTIL->VOL, moved CABINET SPEAKER TYPE to be after BACKBOX
SPEAKER TYPE.
- Added UTIL->RESET->VOL which will reset all audio settings to their default
values.

If 1.0 means the stable and all features complete that we think it does, then you were right @Neil McRae when you said code wouldn't advance all that much...
