I'll update once it's landed safe and sound at mine, trying to organise courier but Martin is 1 month wait to collect apparently so trying to source an alternative

To me it's not an option, my local van hire has a 100 mile limit, with hire and fuel not worth the bother, makes the cost too much.
Yeah hired a van. My local company has a 'unlimited miles' thing on all their rentals, took full advantage of it
Got a mate with a van or big car who will help for beer tokens at a weekend? A couple of hours each way isn't a bad price to pay to get a pin Conno, some nutters here drive all over the place! (Agreed tho Martin is bloody useful!!)

Yeah I don't think I'd travel all that way for a Flintstones. Not that it's not fun, just cost of the trip to cost of the actual game ratio doesn't make sense

Having bought a machine I'm sure that you can't wait to get it/play it
Have you contacted/spoke to Martin or is it the seller saying that it will be a month? (I know that he is going on holiday soon but if he is passing close by to machine location then you never know
)As you say 350 mile round trip for FS isn't really vfm and if it took 7.5 hours last time then presumably close to popular holiday destinations or just country roads? East Anglia, South West?
If you give a rough area/location then there might be somebody on here able to help

No idea on prices charged, haven't used Hadfields so can't comment but as for RedWing probably more bad reviews than good ones!! One guy slates them on arcade forum but then on here best thing since sliced bread, however think that needs to be taken with a pinch of salt as losing out on a pinball deal is clouding the issue
So some options above for either the seller or you to look at
@Matt Vince drives all over the country for his work, has a van, and is a nice fella who knows how to handle a machine with care. it's not his business so he won't go miles out of his way to do it, but if he's driving in the direction you need, he would probably do it for a decent price, and good for both of you. you can only ask.
I'm driving to Oldham to collect a FS next week. 320 miles round trip is nothing...could almost do it with my eyes closed.......but then I do spend up to 9 hours a couple of days a week going into and around London each week...put on spotify, turn the radio up and keep it at 85 all the way.....simples.......horses for courses....
