Hi,

Got my TFTC the other day. All working fine when I tested it. Not sure if something has got loose in transport or another issue.

Display was all working fine when I just tested. Then going through the menus it suddenly stopped and now just flashes up the below message all the time. Even when you play a game you just have this image flashing. Any ideas?

Just had a play with the ribbons and has come back on now....thanks @Cryptkeeper Just got a couple of switches to sort and need to check the fuses as noticed a burn spot on one of the connectors....that might be for another thread though! ;)

No probs,
Check the upper coil is the right one, according to Todd Tucky the wrong one is often fitted!
Absolutely fantastic game, hopefully the new code is coming too!

Not to worry really its common on these I eventually replaced the whole plug and headers after about 3 years or so of having it. I found the GI connector to be the preverbial pain in the ass.

Will it not be the 5v dropping causing the reset of the DMD. My Frankenstein used to do this before the DMD went kaput.

Arv, is all the kit still available to convert the large Sega displays to lcd?

And sorry for hijacking your thread Andy.
