Selling my T2 due to space.
In the kitchen at the moment which is not popular with all in the house.

I prefer a standard machine and removed the topper and playfield plastic models.
Have left the lit ramp plastics and lit Hunter ship.
Installed a Tiltaudio card which sounds really good.

This has powder coated grey legs in Ok condition.
Mirror blades.
The cabinet is also generally OK Usual scratches.
The cabinet corners were knocked which I have repaired. Someone may want to decal the cab.
I have included the worst sections of the cab in the pictures.
Plays well no faults.
One connector could be repaired which is shown in pictures. I have left as is as working fine.
There's a few marks at the top ball trap and some faint ones around the bumpers.
But the playfield looks good.

List of things done.

Repaired driver board and changed all caps and bridges
New MPU pcb (original supplied but has acid issues and is continually corroding)
Playfield protector installed
New side rails
Cliffy's installed
Red Fluorescent plastics added with longer threaded post pillers
New playfield plastics (originals supplied)
New ramp (Original supplied)
Tiltaudio with full licence installed (Original audio card supplied)
Various Lit posts installed
Canon Laser installed and wiring routed correctly following original wiring.
New cabinet flipper buttons in black
Upgraded speakers
Cabinet Bass filter added
All playfield metal walls rebrushed
Playfield cleaned and polished
Touched up around right ramp entrance due to mark from previous ramp. (see picture)
Wire ramps cleaned polished.
Manual supplied (Pinball heaven copy)
Cabinet corners repaired.
General/backbox paint touch up
Pinball cover supplied.

Selling for £2600, Buyer to collect

I was playing a T2 at Glasgow expo yesterday. Good game, but the condition of yours looks fantastic. Cant believe how good it looks for its age. Looks better than it did new.

I was intending on doing the decals but now need to offload it due to space in the house.
The T2 is a great Steve Ritchie game and has the flow :)
Still haven't beaten @Sam C highscore. Got close .
May give it another shot before it goes.
 
Nice example of the T2. I've had one for 15 years and maybe it's nostalgia but I'm not selling it anytime soon and even have a brand new playfield lined up to install. Did you make up/install the Tilt audio upgrade yourself as it seems these are DIY kits unless I haven't read enough?
 
@Kman its a reluctant sale as I really like the game.
I may end up tomb-stoning it if no sale comes.
Ive had a Pinsound and now the Tiltaudio in the T2 and both sound great.
The T2 is perfect for these types of audio cards.
Yes the Tiltaudio card is a self build DIY job and is pretty easy to do.
Theres a thread on here that @steve45 posts on, he's the designer.
Google Tiltaudio and you will find all the info you need.
 
Many thanks for the pointers Vimtoman. It makes sense to give Arnie a vocal upgrade alongside the rest of the refurb so I'll def try out the Tiltaudio. Good luck with the sale.
 
all his machines are in mint condition to be honest - someones getting a bargain at £3100 !

Im waiting for him to get bored of his TOM lol
 
Absolute bargain and you can see from the high score table that it’s had low game times 😂
He loves this machine and wouldn’t be selling it if I hadn’t convinced him to buy an IJ
And yes, all his machines are in A1 condition, at least until his wife comes back from holiday, so get it quick as she definitely said ‘I’ll be back’ 😂😂😂😂

OK misses wants it out of the kitchen so dropped down to £2600 for quick sale.
Will give it a few days here before I drop value on auction.
