Teds head

Playing Roadshow at the weekend I noticed that teds face seems so move slightly when his mouth starts/stops. Its very slight, but cant say ive noticed it before.
Is this normal ? (Or am I going to need to operate ! )

It's not normal, but common.
You have four screws, two on each side where the front face meets the back.
Two hold on the front face plate and two hold on the back.

They can get loose so he'll move slightly, it's not a major issue unless the front of his face has moved enough to interfere with the mouth.
(mine does it but I find it adds to the character and its a struggle to tighten them)

You just need to tighten these screws but unfortunately they're in really really awkward positions.
I find you can get to some if you remove the helmets but still tricky!

I gather Teds head is harder to get out than reds - so this comes as no surprise
