All the lights on the playfield are out, but everything else seems to be working OK. Any idea which plug socket or fuse I should be looking at? Thanks.

Can't find a schematic for this game but there are a bunch of fuses in the bottom of the cab just in front of the transformer. Check all of these as I suspect one is gone and needs replacing 
Difficult to tell from the pics on IPDB but have a look on the underside of the playfield for any fuses there as well and check them.

Thanks, I will have a look again but they all seem to be OK.
Pull each one out of the holder one at a time and test with a multimeter if you've not done that already If they all test ok then the playfield will have one or two jones plugs that connect it to the bottom board (follow the wiring from under the playfield)....check for any wires off and then wiggle them to see if the lights come back on.
