TAF Cloud flasher help

So I have a loose (red/white) wire coming from my cloud flashers and I can't see where it should be connected. I'm sure as soon as its pointed out it will jump out of the manual! The other wire (Blue/black) goes down to J125 but the loose one isn't long enough

The machine is actually a TAFG if that makes a difference,
