Has anyone bought T2 playfield plastics lately ? preferably from the uk or eu, most of my online searches come up with out of stock stuff

I think you'll find T2 plastics are pretty hard to come by. I certainly haven't seen any full sets about but you may be able to find individual ones. I wouldn't recommend plastics from pinballcenter.eu as they can be of dubious quality.

Have you tried Mr Pinball Australia? Shipping charges aren't as bad as you'd think and the quality is always spot on.

Cheers Andrew, these T2 plastics are quite hard to find and quite expensive, makes you wonder if it would be viable to get some manufactured myself and sell the rest, has anyone else considered this?

Never had problems with them
I've had a few duff items, couple of plastics with colours nothing like the original, and some targets that were for AFM that simply didn't match the originals in colour or construction. I bought them from Pinball Heaven instead and they were perfect. Also several Speaker kits that were completely wrong, and it can become expensive (and tiresome) having to constantly return large/heavy parcels to Germany.

Saying that i have ordered lots of other stuff from Pinball.centre and it's been fine. Just exercise some caution, that's all.

I really like Pinball Center, its a great source of parts depending on what they are. I have no hesitation recommending them for non game specific bits including mech parts, rubbers, fuses etc. Their premium rubbers in particular are excellent. I think a lot of the bits they sell are manufactured specifically for them. Its just the game specific items like plastics where I would exercise caution as I've bought a couple of bits only to be disappointed with the quality, to the point where the worn out original was still preferable.

As @RudeDogg1 has already said, most of the stuff at Mr Pinball Australia is NOS. I think this is where a large proportion of the Williams stock inventory has ended up .Any stuff I've bought from them that is a reproduction has been of a very high quality too. (Cabinet decals etc.)
