System 11 playfield support/bracket

I’ve been going through a Whirlwind from top to bottom to try and get it playing properly before a full strip down.

One of the quirks is that the playfield is p***ed in the machine. One of the reasons is that someone thought it was a good idea to balance the playfield on just two bolts. These bolts are now destroying the cabinet.

Anyone know what the proper bolt sleeve is called?

Yes they are called pivot nuts - about 1/2” long on my system 11. Pinball Mania have them.
There should be a washer on the bolt thread then the pivot nut.
