These are so far gone the connectors fell out.

Does anyone have any of these? Enough so I can do the whole 40 pin?

I thought a while ago that someone should knock up some form of homebrew adapters To solder onto the boards that replaces these original connectors with a 40pin IDE connector like one of the replacement board sets uses.

Like this board has onboard - https://pinballpcb.com/products/williams-system-3-thru-7-main-board/
I have infact made such adapters, because my stock of female housings is running low since the end of Great Planes Electronics, and I go though so many of them a year.

Only problem with the adapters on an original boardset is that you need to then mount the driver board lower down on the backboard

Since the boards are set at different heights would it have been possible if enough space to design them so the driver one sits above PCB and the MPU one points downwards so you would possibly only need to space the driver board further from the backbox, would mean that you can only unplug from the driver board side of the cable, but you have to remove the driver board to get to the MPU anyway so no different really.
