Sys 11b board query

Decided to test a spare 11b board. So swapped the game and sound eproms into said spare board.
Everything works fine BUT the displays are all in German. Swap eproms back and i'm back to English.
Simple fix or what. Ken

Guessing it's a jumper/dip switchswitch setting on the board

No dip switches and both boards have identical jumpers

W7 which is below the battery pack and to the right
W7 installed is English and W7 removed is German
if link looks OK then maybe its open circuit somewhere

Thanks Bob now sorted. Checked trace from w7 to U51 pin 9 and found the 6821 chip faulty at pin 9. Replaced and bingo. Thanks again.
