There may be some searching involved for this/these unless you can read German (and maybe even then). The only examples of this machine that I've seen were both German-allocation. Even back then, Deith Leisure only had the parts* manual in English.
* At the time, Williams produced two separate manuals for each game, one for features, adjustments, etc, and another for parts listings
