SW Power Supply Help

Hi guys I've got my hands on a DE SW and the F7 0.5 slow blow fuse keeps blowing when the machine is switched on. Not getting DMD display . Board 520-5047-01

I replaced the fuse and disconnected CN5 from the PB then switched the machine on and the fuse popped again.

Has anyone experienced this problem.

What is F7 the fuse for? Download the manual from IPDB if you don't have one.
