Any tips on removing them from flippers?!

Not quite sure.. Noticed when ball rolls down the right flipper there is a slight 'bump' in it which is quite noticeable.

Just trying to put some new ones on but can't get the damn thing off!!!

Looking more closely its the join in the band causing it

have you tried the hair dryer on them !

heat them up a bit ,i think ,and reposition them ?
