Isn't there a mod that makes it a little more reasonable with regards to side drains? I was sure someone mentioned it on here before I got mine and I've not been able to find the post about it since.

Very tempting Si as I *love* RS, and wouldn't mind JD ....but selling 1 to replace with 2 doesn't help my space issue

Owned 2, sold 2, great game and used to be the best bang for the buck, now fairly priced @ £2k for a decent one or £2.5+ for a peach with no NZ hole wear, big heavy hernia generating lump that can be problematic due to its complexity (basically a lot of machine = more to go wrong) my STTNG days are behind me I think.
