Hello,

I picked up a Striker Xtreme the other weekend and I have a problem with two of the coils.
The upper left flipper and the 4 bank drop target reset are not working.
They fire when i ground them to the cabinet, but do nothing in the game or during coil test.
I have checked continuity from the ground lug back to the board and that all checks out. I have also replaced both transistors and nothing changed.
Does anyone have a hint as to what i can look at next?

Thanks
Eric

Eric, these were working (may have been @pinsinthewild who saw the game working) and could confirm (someone did) the one time I switched it on. Are they both fused individually under the playfield? Or possibly connector related?

The flipper has an individual fuse, and it checks out. The drop bank has a group fuse, and that is also okay.
I am really confused.

Whoo Hoo. Thanks Nick, I have no idea why I did't think of this a bit sooner. I must have taken too many chair shots to the head.
The pins are corroded on the MPU board. It seems sorted now.

Brill.
