Hi all,

Can anyone help with a problem on Creech?

I had a coil lock on (ramp down), which melted the sleeve, so I replaced the coil. Also the driver Q24 on the board was shorted, so I put a new driver in.

At some point the switch matrix fuse F115 (3/4A) has blown, so I replaced this.

Now the ramp functions OK, but when the centre shot switch is activated, subway centre and tilt switch also activate, and stay activated for about 10 seconds, before deactivating.

While taking the driver board in and out, I noticed a loose wire (violet/green). This appears to have come from a junction block someone has put in linking J126 pin10 and J122 pin6 and then connecting to power side of the ramp up coil. Is this right?
According to the manual there should be a diode tieback wire on both the ramp up and ramp down coils going to the relevant pins, but there was no extra wire on the ramp down coil.

Is this in any way related to the switch problem or is it just coincidence?

Any help would be appreciated.
