Hey folks.

Bought this from Chris at the pinball office last year.

All in really good condition. Cab is unmarked, unfaded. It has nice extras like full comet LEDs and coloured rgb pinball inserts (comes with remote to change the colour. Cab protectors installed on the legs and coin box included as well as full original manual.

Only bits that are not perfect is the shooter lane wear and small crack on one of the ramps (both pictured)

It plays lovey! I had wanted one for ages and it’s not disappointed at all. Only reason for sale is as usual. I’ve only space for one machine and it’s time for a change.

Please ask any questions and you’re welcome to come play if you find yourself near Mansfield.

Bought for £4800 last October but will take £4250.

Would also consider a trade with cash your way for any stern LCD pin.

To be fair theres currently around 25 pins listed in the past month alone which haven't sold either so it seems alot of prices need to come down.. Its Either that or no ones got funds or most likely a combo of both

love this table but currently out of my price range :( if this was up 3 months from now i would have probably taken it

Definitely because people are asking mental money for games. Probably to bridge the gap for the mental money NIB games are going for. If a decent pin is listed at a decent price it's gone within minutes usually

It’s been said time and time again, a pin is worth what someone is willing to pay.
I still can’t get my head around how so many for sale threads have so many comments about price by people that have no interest in the machine in question.
I say to the seller, you know what it owes you, use pinside as a ballpark figure for valuation in $ to £ allowing for condition and try to sell when you’re not in a rush to do so.
Good luck with your sale

Irony?

@Wayne J Thanks for your support.
The fact that it has been for sale for over a month now suggests it is priced too high.

You say you're not going to drop the price and would rather keep it than lose so much.

There is another PotC for sale £550 less than this, from a well known and long standing member.

These all point to it not selling.

I think its a lot more helpful to the seller (any seller) to point this out rather than a vacuous GLWS, or I'd have this in 3 months.

It's unfortunate that you overpaid so much at the time, but that doesn't mean you can pass that error on to the next person.

I'd suggest you bite the bullet, sell it for whatever the best offer has been and put it down to experience, and do plenty of research next time.

(Pinside is predominantly US based sales, and really not a good barometer for prices in the UK)

100% has just been friendly advice posted here based on years of experience.

It's priced too high and the market is saturated right now and cooling off from the covid silliness which sadly leaves a few with expensive games :( Either just need to take the hit and sell at todays market price and take a 1k loss or keep hold of it. Hopefully that special buyer comes along who reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally wants this game and buys it maybe? Then we will be back here in 6 months again with the new buyer and same conversation :D

I still think eBay is best solution here.
