Stern Mandalorian LE 279 of 750
495 lifetime plays as of today.

Build date 28/06/21 and bought nib from pinball heaven and received on Saturday 21/08/21.

Wasn’t intending selling this until at least March 2022 when my preordered Elvira was due to arrive but the world is crazy and Sterns manufacturing schedule constantly being pushed back and last I heard Elvira was end of 2022 so I was fortunate enough to be able to grab an Elvira in November.

Unfortunately I can’t afford to have more than 20k tied up in 2 pins so reluctantly I have to let this go earlier than I would have liked.

Until Elvira arrived it was my favourite pin that I’ve owned and yes I played Godzilla LE and it was better than I expected but still prefer Mando but that’s my preference.
Anyway, this machine is as mint as you will find unless you get a NIB.

It had a full playfield protector fitted to the main playfield and the upper playfield before a ball was fired, which means that even if you don’t like protectors and choose to remove them (a simple job which takes 10 mins without having to remove any playfield assemblies) that the playfields are like new with no wear whatsoever.

I also fitted cliffys to the shooter Lane (both sides), the left ramp (both sides) and the out hole.

A real knocker kit has been fitted along with a new blue start button which better suits the machine.

Cols plastic protectors fitted with longer screws to accommodate the extra thickness.

6 new premium balls.

The invisiglass has been protected from day 1 with a pinshield cover.

The cabinet speaker although premium is still pants so I fitted a new 8” 3 way speaker and the sound is now stunning.

The shooter rod has been changed to a complete new shooter rod and housing from hooked on pinball and is the best version I’ve seen.

Illuminated blue flipper buttons fitted which you can set to different rates, pulsing etc.

Wizardmods magnetic speaker panel and apron / shooter covers fitted.

Custom painted speeder bike fitted which is mounted on a hard spring.

Foundry mod fitted which illuminates and is very impressive.

Helmets mod fitted next to shooter Lane.
Spare helmet provided.

Also original shooter rod and housing, plastics and rubbers supplied along with original manuals and all paperwork for mods etc that have been fitted.

Dougs speaker light kit installed.

New orange and blue rubbers fitted.

New rubber pad fitted to diverter for upper playfield which 100% has stopped any balls rolling back down the ramp.

Machines has been tweaked and adjusted and plays perfectly with no faults whatsoever and has latest code installed.

You’re welcome to come and see it / play it for yourself.
Martin has me on speed dial and I’m changing my name to Will 😂

Glad to see the Mando love. I got zero trades and only a maybe on a purchase of my pro. Genuinely one of the best Sterns in years.

"It had a full playfield protector fitted to the main playfield and the upper playfield before a ball was fired"

Can i ask which protector you used? theres a couple of makes from germany i see, and also how you found it in terms of affecting play?

Should be receiving my GZ in a couple of weeks and am considering the idea of getting one. Having to half disassemble the playfield to fit it, is a bit of turn off though.

Hi
I always use playfield protectors .com in Germany, they are thin and fit very well.
Don’t notice any gameplay issues with any of the machines I’ve fitted them to - TWD, GB, Mando, ST etc.
You don’t have to strip the entire playfield and I find it’s a valuable heads up on how everything works and a chance to make sure everything is fitted and adjusted properly, hence I don’t have a lot of issues that other NIB owners have

Thanks, might have to get one ordered.

Have a premium GZ due and everytime i see the 3 balls fall of the building for multiball i cringe at the punishment that area of the table is going to take!.
