For Sale - 2010 Stern Big Buck Hunter

Good:

Recent top side strip, clean & wax.

New rubbers / Titans.

New Comet LEDs fitted to GI and inserts (flashers remain incandescent)

New chrome balls.

Plug and play / fully working as it should

Includes working coin mech (but no cash box)



Not so good:

Age related wear around the cabinet & head.

Ramp entrance repaired on left side (to a good standard) and hairline cracks on right side. Ramp flap looks a bit scruffy, however a brand new one is supplied (I didn’t have a rivet tool to replace it myself)

Buck front left foot broken off (this is a high ball impact area)

Elk back foot glued back on and small side decal to Elk mech caught on the cloth when cleaning leaving the white area seen in pictures.

Peppering type stain on underside of playfield in the vicinity of the Buck threaded rod mechanism, that has been oiled in the past.

Feint line on right side of DMD (looks more pronounced in the picture than it actually is in person)


I think that’s it.
Collection is from East Cambridgeshire (Martin Retro Logistics knows where I am if you want to use him)

Having seen and played this machine, I can say as a BBH Aficionado, this is a nice example.

Plus, a Stern DMD for around £3k is good in this crazy market!

Absolutely and i couldn’t agree more. So many games listed for sale in the last week or so and looks like not much is moving, so I guess it’s not a good time to be selling

Certainly the case for me Dave. I'd love a Bond, WH20 or this fine example. Self assessment has taken up the last two day (my own fault for leaving it until the last minute) and this really is the worst month of the year financially.

Good luck with the sale though mate, I'm sure it would have been snapped up in December. I was really impressed with the build quality on this game, very robust like X-Men and some good features.
