Stern 4A/250VP Wanted

Hi,
I’m after a 4A/250VP slow blow fuse for my TWD Premium - magnet coil. Any idea where I can get one that isn’t shipped from the US?

Is this different to any other fuse?? (Sorry - not familiar with TWD)...
