Ah man if only I had been buying back in those days....would have needed a way bigger man cave though!

My first thought was that SST is a well-below 1K title, so maybe others thought the same?

That said, condition is everything.

I was looking for one and very nearly bought one earlier this year but deal didn't work out and like you my thoughts are sub 1K.

Was at NERG and wish I had known then that it was coming up for sale as would have had some more game time on it :(

I also would have snapped this up, but with so many new machines coming out and deposits in sadly not for me!

I do think we are heading for a drop in pin prices (and its not before time IMHO), again so many new machines on the horizon.

Ive got a nice big scrap bin if you'd like to carefully place it in there for me :D Seriosly though, id be quite interested in this, but i dont have any more space for another pin... and im on the hunt for another Jamma cabinet for vertical orientation games

I hope the scrapping idea is just a joke.

Do you need the money or space?

Been playing it a bit this afternoon and kinda don't want it to sell now....
He's not gonna scrap it and doesn't want to eBay it either, as he thinks it wouldn't reach 1200 and then he'd have to pay fees to eBay and to paypal.

I'm sure if someone makes him an offer then everyone will be happy. If I had the space then I'd make an offer myself, but not this time. Not from thousands of miles away and with pins already on their ****s at home. I will be selling a few when I get back (see my signature), then I can start buying again.

What about the reverse auction idea? Drop it by £25 a day until it sells?

This is probably the only reason I regret signing up to this forum - time and time again i'm seeing a Pin i'd LOVE to have but I just don't have the space nor the funds right now.

I really really hope someone picks it up.

I could maybe sort the space for it but all my funds are committed for the foreseable future - partly because of the ongoing repairs to R&B and partly because of my wedding in 2016.

Good luck with it Phil. I played SST at John Whitfields place a while back and really enjoyed it - have to say i'm a huge fan of Paul Verhoevens movies though so that probably had some bearing on my enjoyment.

I would have taken this as it's a cracking example in super condition.
Space once again is my nemesis plus a couple of machines that are out on loan are on there way back shortly.
