Anybody know what the hdmi output header on spike 2 board does?? I was assuming it was jsut a mirror output for the lvds port, but doesnt seem to output anything

I am fixing a spike 2 cpu board with some issues and was hoping the hdmi port could give me a display picture easily on the bench.

I seem to remember there was a way to get the software to output on HDMI instead of LVDS but can't remember the details now (and I no longer have a game to experiment with :( ).

It has to be opened in code at the stern factory. If you put in another spike II cpu in STLE it wont work unless they have armed it.

Sadly it doesnt mirror the LVDS.

Can’t be that difficult to enable it? It’s just a Linux os at the end of the day and will be some boot config file somewhere which just needs editing. Great thing about Linux no matter where it runs it’s pretty much all the same.
