I'm trying to find an SK510A schottky diode for a node board but RS and CPC don't have it.
Digikey do have them but I've had to wait ages for stuff from them in the past (also £12 delivery is a bit steep)
Or maybe there's a safe equivalent I could use?

Diodes are very generic.
As long as you get one in the same package and make sure the voltage and current rating are at least as high or higher than that of a SK510A then you will be fine (and of course make sure it is a Schottky diode type)
