I googled this and saw a few threads on Pinside but thought I would as here to see if any other solutions are made.

I own a Spiderman and Doc Ock isnt registering the shot, the ball either auto ejects or sits in the ball trough for 5 seconds then ejects. I saw on the pinside comments it could be either the Optos or the cliffy around the magnet, has anyone had experience of this?
Also I got a Technical Alert "Switch #22 Trough Jam"

Many Thanks

Is your magnet core mushroomed? Sometimes if it is, you’ll get slight air balls, which won’t activate the optos. This happened on my Spidey, replacing the magnet core cured it.

Does mushroomed mean raised if so it is slightly, I have done the quick fixes which I read ie make sure cliffy is flat, clean magnet, clean doc ock ball trough and straighten the metal strip in the trough and its working atm, played 6 games and works so hopefully things have been sorted.

Hopefully it carries on working fine.
