Hi All
Second to last machine to vacate the building, is my amazing Space Station. I have owned this for about 10 years, bought from a member here, as a not working project and needing substantial work. Suffice to say as I drifted in and out of pinball, the machine took a while to fix up! But now with some TLC I am happy to report it looks amazing and plays just beautifully. The machine was serviced and some of the more technical problems fixed by Keith at New Forest Pinball. Since that, it's been perfect. And of course for full disclosure:
The Pros:
NOS Translite
NEW transparent blue ramp
Playfield Protector fitted
Some broken plastics replaced
99% LED (bar one or two)
Green super bands on flippers
Some additional playfield toys added
Flipper and pop bumper rebuilds
New rubbers throughout (although I have been playing it, so some are looking a little dirty already!)
Boards all good
Great playfield condition!
Good condition legs - no rust!
The Cons:
Playfield glass is scratched and if you're a purist you may want to replace it - never bothered me
Ramp entrance drop target is a little erratic and needs adjusting as sometimes not recognised
Bonus drop targets need adjusting
Broken plastic near shooter
Decal missing from Change SHUTTLE or STATION target
Bit of paint missing from left outlane (could be easily touched up)
Coin door could do with a touch up

Flipper view:
this is a fantastic condition machine, very desirable and great fund to play with some cool features. Not the deepest rule set, but when you get the balls locked and the playfield goes green, it is simply stunning. See pics and video. Note - on the video, you'll see some scratches appear -
these are on the GLASS not the playfield.
Looking for £2500 - no offers.
Martin knows where I am and has collected and dropped many machines here.
