I like them as long as its done tastefully and you don't stick colours under plastics for the sake of it.

I'm with you on not overdoing coloured GI Carl, I stick to white 95% of the time. There are exceptions in my lineup like green under the tree printed plastics on Getaway though, but generaly white.

I like cool white in my GI's. My exception is BSD but it came with blue leds in the GI, I liked it so kept it that way, just a mixed a few reds in there too.

I think coloured flashers on the playfield are great too.
