Just had a phone call from the evil Pin Pusher that is Mr Vince. Looks like a new machine is going to be coming my way so I have to sell something to make room (and head off a divorce)

Anyone interested in any of the following.....

RFM £1800 - (pretty rough cab but would come with a brand new set of decals and spare daughter card)
JY - £1400
BBH - £2500 - HUO - bought from this site 6 months ago for the same price **Now Sold**

Only really looking to sell one. Any provisional interest then let me know and I'll sort photos out tomorrow

Might be persuade to part with a different title but really only looking to shift one of the above

i've played on all three of these at John's place, and while i personally detest the man and everything he stands for, can vouch that these are all decent examples of the title. I'm not a fan of JY myself, but this one works (if he sorted out the problem of it chucking extra balls into play, which i never thought of as a problem per se), and BBH is pretty in colgate fresh condition and is lots of fun once you get past the theme of shooting innocent animals to death for fun. RFM - best of the many many pin2K titles, a piece of history etc etc

Had a few bites, so here's some pics and descriptions. Just to be up front I've had some positive interest about BBH. If it goes I probably won't also be selling JY or RFM as it would put me within shouting distance of the amount I've just spent (well close enough so my wife won't give me hell about the bank account). However, I've got 2 other pins on order at the moment (Predator and Hobbit) so I will need to shift these in the near future. Happy to give people first refusal.

As always people are more than welcome to see the machines, play them and have some beers;)

OK, so the skinny on BBH - £2500. Bought off this group maybe 6 months ago. Plays perfectly. Good strong DMD. Was told it was HUO (although it has a coin mech). Cab etc in excellent nick.

Downside. Very small scratches on the playfield where the ELK target comes out (we're talking millimeters.) see photo. Marks are below the coin and to the left of the red triangle. Rest of the playfield is in fantastic condition.

The owner before me somehow manged to loose the ELK plastic. I tried to buy one with no luck. Ended up getting an ELK from ebay and cutting the head down. All works but not the real thing.

All ramps etc perfect. Only issue I had was with one switch which I've since replaced.

Typical STERN wear near the flipper buttons. It's really very light at the moment but might be worth putting a clear cover over

Comes with original goodie bag and weird elk head

RFM - £1800. Cabinet is frankly ****ed! BUT it would come with a set of Decals (think this was worth about £250 - maybe £200). Was going to redo it myself but then ran out of steam.

Playfield generally good. Small bit of wear on the scoop (RHS) but quite livable with but the metal is rusty and could do with being replaced or treated.

Glass in good nick (obviously important for PIN2000). Computer boots fine. Images from the CRT are nice and sharp (Don't be fooled by the photo. It's a bugger to get a pic of)

My Prism card died so I replaced it. As such it comes with the original mother and daughter card. The Daughter one is fine but the mother one has an issue and won't play sound. Might be repairable and then possible to sell but I wouldn't count on it.

Came with blue Martians. New Green ones would also be included.

Really not happy with the quality of these photos will try to get others tomorrow.

Excellent playfield. No broken plastics etc
Currently has LEDs in it which I'm not 100% sure about.
wear near the flipper buttons.
Had a problem at my meet where it occasionally chucked out out 2 balls. Changed the balls and haven't had this problem since. However, if this comes back then happy to pay the repair costs

That's about it. Sorry for the crappy photo quality didn't realise quite how bad my phone is. Best way really is to see them in the flesh but I don't think any of them are dog rough:)
 
A tie, God you should just be glad I've got pants on. (Unlike one of my predecessors at a girls school - wish it wasn't a true story.....)

Sadly the pin cull was necessary as it looks like I've got an AFM coming in. Desperately trying to justify it on the grounds that my son loves it
 
John, seriously they are without doubt the worst collection of photographs I have ever seen!

Are you still using a camera on a tripod where you have to put your head under a sheet and hold a board in the air with gunpowder on it?:)
 
Wish i was. Made the mistake of giving my son my real camera. So obviously he broke it. My phone just about copes with text messages and I think the camera function is a bit beyond it
 
I would be tempted by the RFM but these pictures are making me think they are possibly so hideously bad that you tried to hide it by jumping up and down whilst taking pictures.
A kangaroo could take less blurry pictures, on speed, whilst on a trampoline during an earthquake using a Zoom from Australia. That or I drank too much meths this evening and I am going blind.

Joking aside, and we are joking at John's expense because he has good machines, I need to save my money for the new house. :(
 
Assumed it was a stock one as it came with the machine. If it annoys anyone then I can always swap it over for the orange plasma one that came with SM (had to change it to a red Pinled oen in order to see the film clips better)

Anyway as people say my photos look like this....
