I had posted to see if anyone could help me with a kicker problem (too powerful) on my Chicago Coin "Playtime" machine, but as I had no replies, decided to investigate online, and..................

..........it seems, what I have gathered so far, is someone has fitted 800 coiled flipper solenoids (FJ26-800) to the two kickers, making them, as I say too powerful.

SO, my question is, if I am right in my thinking, what rating should the kicker solenoids be?

PS Also, does anyone have a schematic for a CC Playtime machine? Or even a Gunsmoke machine, which has a similar arrangement, but with one kicker

Only the schematic will tell you definitively, even if you find somebody else on the forum with a Playtime there is no guarantee their machine has the correct coils.

Thank so much for your pointers, and yes I did know about the schematic, but was trying to save $26

£25 plus shipping in a tube. Printout is full size (usually about 1.5 to 2 metres long) and includes 2 copies. So you have 1 to get oil on and 1 to keep nice
