Hi, my lad and me have just got back from a great day at NLP and after trying a lot of the pins I've decided to go for a Shadow for our first machine. Have cash waiting for a good condition (working and looking) pin at the right price.

Cheers Rob

I was about to mention one on ebay, that i noticed had just been listed this morning, but its been pulled already!

I've got to say I've never played it before until this weekend but I really enjoyed it when I played it on Saturday. That one at NLP was really nice too.

Good choice, Shadow is a cracking game and a good challenge too. Agree that the one at NLP was really nice too, dont know whos it was but they clearly look after their pins well

Best of luck with your search

Yeah that was mine but I can't take credit for the condition, it was the one from Tilt cafe, a nice example, someone has given it some serious TLC at some point!

Hi, I am a new member, this is my first look at this site. I am a semi retired pinball operator of over 55 years, I had a Gaming Board Licence when needed, I still have a few machines to play with! I have just finished a Shadow machine which I was going to put on the dreaded Ebay, as an auction next week. You may like to look at my profile on Ebay under the name of colran65.
The Shadow as been completely refurbished from my filing cabinets of spares and elsewhere, everything has been rebuilt, new DMD, all new flippers, plastics, rubbers, bulbs, balls and LEDs etc. The cabinet has new decals on the backflash, the body is excellent with leg protectors, new coin mech, all manuals and new front door lock. The machine is in perfect working order and is very lively. I am very happy for you to inspect it.
I have many pictures ready for Ebay that I can send you, I'll have to learn how to do that on this site!!!
I hope I haven't broken any site rules wit this replay.

I've followed a few of your eBay auctions you've had some nice machines. I owned one of them for a while as the buyer sold it on a couple of weeks after buying it from you! So I will give you an indirect recommendation

sounds nice!

welcome friend, anyone with 55 years experience as an operator is welcome here. come introduce yourself in the new members' thread, and maybe show some pics and give a price for this Shadow up for sale. quality sells but the price must be right!

Hi, thank you very much for that, much appreciated. Can you tell me what is the correct amount to donate if a machine is sold off the site, as this might be likely, and I don't want to be too big a prat. I haven't visited these kind of sites very much, never joined any, so slowly, slowly and learn how to do what.
Once again thank you
Colin

Hi Colin

Welcome to Pinballinfo.

Sellers are encouraged to list their machine in the For Sale section, preferably with some pictures or a link to pictures, and details of condition etc, and location.

And importantly an asking PRICE.

Although sounds like you may have sold it already ? :)

If a machine sells, a donation to the running costs of the Forum is much appreciated but not obligatory. Bear in mind if you sold it via ebay you could have sellers fees of £100+ on an expensive item.

Looks like @Rob70 has struck lucky here - sounds like a nice pin, and any transaction completed outside of ebay has got to be a big win for both parties.

I got a nice Shadow that worked fully - cutting a long story short I left the cpu and power driver pcbs on a train one drunken night (truly) - what did the one sell on eBay for? I'll sell this for the same less modern replacement pcbs to get it working - so I'm thinking a grand as-is? Sound fair? pics available At http://www.pinballowners.com/ravage

This is a true story......sadly [emoji6] I was involved in the drunkenness that evening too.
