Wanted SF2 custom apron cards

Hi all,

Does anyone have / know where I can get some custom apron cards for my SF2 like the ones in the pic below?
I've seen them on a few machines but can't get a lead on the supplier / manufacturer: -

Comments along the lines of "Don't bother, you can't polish a turd" will be ignored... I know it's not appreciated very well but I _really_ like the game, so there!

That's my old machine! I miss it!

I have scans of the apron cards if that helps? Cannot access them until late December though, but I can e-mail them over then.
