Had these faults since I got her but have never got round to fixing as it's never affectef gameplay..

When start up you get the error message ' check switch 26, left flipper lane', coffin door once opened permanently stays open and two of the lab bumpers blue lights don't work. Have checked these bulbs with working ones..

Switch fault means it hasn't been activated in X number of plays (20 or so?)
So you either haven't activated that switch or it isn't registering. Could be kaput, could need adjustment, could have a wire off, bad diode? Good news it's a simple fix

Bulbs will likely be a bad connection. Not sure of the bulbs you mean as I don't know the game well. Could also be cold solder joint if they are computer controlled lamps. Reflow solder round header pins if applicable.

Coffin staying open is likely to be a switch fault again. Not sure which switches control that (micro or opto) but I'm sure it's a case of checking for obvious breaks and adjustments.

The simplest way to sort this out is to swap the machine for 2 of my machines (WCS 94 and Indianapolis 500). :)

Failing that, put the machine in Switch Test and trigger the switches in question by hand and see if they register.
