Rubber Square…..from where?

Hi All,

Was playing fish tales last night and a blue rubber square about an inch square appeared in the rail between caster club and the reel.

I assume it came from the back of the caster club. But does anyone know for certain?

Thanks

Definitely could be.

Although no idea how it got where it did in that case. I shall investigate later. Cheers

Could a previous owner have added a pad to try to prevent ball rejects at the casters club?

I used some hot glue when I replaced my grubby blue ones, hot glue while tough is not permanent and no mess left behind.

Mine are square with no nubbin, and no hole in the wireforms for it as far as I know. Weird there's different versions
Yes, it’s odd - noticed this last year after playing mine for ages then looking at other machines. I think the rounded nubbin version is probably slightly newer as less prone to falling out🤞

Interesting - will check my old photos , thought all 3 of my Fishies were nubbintastic but maybe they weren’t !

Actually, ignore me. Just got home and it’s a dull old square pad on mine. No nubbin for miles… (well, about 2metres, cos RoadShow has ‘em)
