Does anyone know of a decent, robust, going to last garden shed pls ?

Looking for something rudimentary (no need for fancy doors/ can be ugly/ no windows/ pent roof) to house a ride on mower and gardening tools.

Thank you

I bought a forest4life shed from these guys a few months ago. The shed seems to have half the wood of the 25 year old one it replaced and whilst erecting it looked like it was just going to fall over all up until the last few screws went in. The panels are like fencing panels. I also added a brace across the middle A frame to make it more robust as their metal brace just didnt work.

As with most shed manufacturers they sent the thinnest roofing felt which I never understand as the quality stuff is only a tenner a roll more. When it needs replacing I will spend the 40 quid for some quality thick felt. And the hardware was also rubbish so I sprayed up the ones from the old shed and used those instead. But Toolstation or screwfix sell decent hinges, lock hasp, chute bolts etc so again I don't understand why they try to penny pinch on cheap stuff fittings.

So that sounds like a terrible review but I would recommend as once erected the shed is robust and it has clearly been extensively treated so it should not rot and for what it cost it is great value even taking account of replacing the rubbish hardware they supply.

Sheds have become stupidly expensive in the last few years and as a cheap budget but functional shed with a 25 year rot guarantee it's good value. Just don't expect champagne on a lemonade budget.

I went metal for my last storage shed.
I have one like this that is 15 years old and looks great still. Even moved it once from one house to the next and it was fine.
