Reluctant sale of my Data East ROBOCOP . Fully working as far as my playing abilities can tell. Came with mirrored backglass and new playfield plastic set fitted, also playfield colour zoned with leds and mirrored side blades. The yellow targets have been renewed and coloured posts fitted throughout the playfield. I’ve recently replaced the rubbers in the lower two thirds of the playfield as well as rebuilding the flippers with new sleeves, endstops, linkages and plungers. New balls also. The backbox has been colour led coordinated to really enhance the backglass, game looks great in a darkened room. Updated roms are fitted and the batteries removed and replaced with NVRAM. Playfield really only has wear at the top where the ball drops after launch ( this game has one of the best ball launches!) although I haven’t stripped or polished it so could do with a clean up. , cabinet and side artwork looks ok , the front has had security bar holes filled and painted. Fitted with the longer DE legs on the back so don’t need the feet at full adjustment on the rears. Game plays great, with no known or current faults, original boards other than replacement MPU , looks like some work done on the power board in the past. One of the speakers is a replacement and has different size holes, and a different style EDE from original is fitted at top left. I’ve not shopped this machine so will need a clean and polish to look it’s best. £3000

Spent a good few hours last night and have now Stripped the playfield and ramps, cleaned, polished, and replaced all the remaining rubbers plus some screws/ fastners and changed the right lamp lighting from yellow to blue. Added some pics, hard copy original manual included!

:) What is it the guy shouts when his bullets are bouncing off Robocop in the shop? I think it was something funnier that "Fudge me!.... Fudge me!..."
Man, when I get the time I'm gonna put the Bluray on, then play the arcade game afterwards in MAME.
Looking forward to seeing RoboDoc: The creation of Robocop whenever that comes out.

Always wanted to PROC this game, not for 3K though...Pretty sure you can't PROC it without an extra board anyway, so there goes that idea.

It was always worth a bit more than it used to be for the low run factor, but I don't think many liked it anyway. When you see this game at a show many skip over it.
